Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared with care and intention. Please review the following to ensure a smooth delivery process. 

Processing Time 

All orders a processed with 1-3 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping & Delivery 

We ship via USPS and trusted carriers to ensure a reliable delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. 

Shipping Address Responsibility

Clients are 100% responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. 
We are not liable for any lost, delayed or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. 

Tracking & Claims 

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number. 

If you need assistance with documentation (proof of shipment, order confirmation, etc.) we’re more than happy to help. 

Delays

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has been dispatched.
